Induction Wok-Range "HUNAN" - 750 mm, 10 kW, with Waterbath"

-2 x stainless steel induction ring with Ø 300 mm CERAN® wok glass,

-Recessed worktop for waterbath (DN 50 water drain, sieve included). Water inlet nozzles in worktop included (for waterbath only); controlled by lever in front panel.

(If you are looking for a water option to fill or rinse the wok pans, we offer a water tap with knee lever operation as an optional extra.)

Single connection outlet cable, 2 meters long,

Height: 850 mm plus 50 mm rear upstand

- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE SUITABLE WOK PANS!!! The 300 mm wok jars are designed for 1-serving pans with a convex bottom and a diameter of approx. 360 mm. If you do not use suitable Heidebrenner pans, consult us in case of doubt before use.
