Two-sided operation
Each cooking area with:
- Wart burner Ø 180 mm, thermoelectric ignition safety device and pilot burner (pilot flame)
- Electric ignition (please specify if not required)
- Stainless steel wok ring Ø 300 mm suitable for wok pans from approx. Ø 360 mm (alternatively: attachments for large wok pans (> Ø500mm) or for cookware with a flat base).
- Premium version with recessed 3 mm top plate for water cooling with water inlet nozzles for water bath controlled via inlet valve in the control panel (with plug, screen and DN 50 waste water connection)
- Separate dirt collection drawer below each cooking area
- Upstand at the rear 50 mm high
- Substructure closed on 3 sides up to the base, open at the front, height-adjustable feet
- Device set to natural gas 2H-G20-20mbar (unless otherwise specified).
