500 mm stainless steel ring with 400 mm CERAN Wok-Cuvette

Temperature control via digital (low-wear) control knob with separate temperature display.
The desired temperature is set via the control knob and displayed via the display.
Included magnetic interface for external PT-100 temperature sensor (the sensor itself is not included)

*) The temperature mode is active when the device is connected to a temperature sensor. Otherwise, the device will work in performance mode.

Connection cable ready to plug in 2 m long,
Main material: CNS 18/10, 1. 4301

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO SUITABLE WOK PANS!! The 400 mm wok jars are designed for wok pans with a curved bottom and a diameter of approx. 490 mm. If you do not use suitable heat burner pans, please consult us before using.
