for using cookware with a smooth bottom without a wok attachment ring (we offer an additional stainless steel wok attachment ring for using woks with a convex bottom)

Easier cleaning and longer service life by filling the trough with water during operation.
Water inlet (controlled via inlet valve in the panel) and drain pipe (1 1/4 inch external thread) with plug are included.
