Heating is done by direct contact of the heating elements with the grates / roasters.
The device can be used either as a water grill or as a lava stone grill.
Use as a water grill:
- Water supply with pushbutton temperature controlled refilling / water circulation via time relays
- Water drain for connection to sewage system
For use as a lava grill, lava stones and removable lava stone containers are included.
