Delivery & Shipping Costs
  

We supply spare parts and accessories up to 30kg in packages.
Worldwide delivery is made with DPD, FEDEX or TNT under the following conditions (shipping & packaging)

Parcels: 
Germany: 20€
Europe: 40€
Outside of Europe: costs on request

Palletes:
We supply equipment and large-area accessories via pallets.
The price depends on the size of the goods and your location, starting with a small pallet at 125€ (shipping & packaging), up to an extra-large pallet and 450€ (shipping & packaging).
The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.

Delivery:
The delivery times specified for the respective product group apply. 
If no delivery times are specified, they can be requested via the customer service.
Since we work with modular devices that allow a high degree of individualization and preconfigure the devices specifally for according to your wishes, it can be take 3-4 weeks until the goods are ready for dispatch.
When purchasing equipment, you should always take this lead time into account.
Stock goods that enable immediate delivery will be marked accordingly in the online shop.

After completion of the order, we will send you extra delivery times for your goods.
