Please tell us a little bit about your company. What do you offer, how do you prepare it, and who are your customers?
We are Tatlicilar. We are a biscuit / baklava production from Berlin since 1982 and are expanding.
We have finished building our new production facility and are in the heart of Berlin.
Our customers are mainly wholesale markets, supermarkets and various chains.
We also have regional sales in Berlin and outside for small shops such as bakeries and cafes.
What do your customers particularly appreciate about you?
Our customers appreciate our products because we still produce a lot by hand and our products are not "industrial" goods.
How did you come up with HEIDEBRENNER?
As already mentioned, we have been around for several years. At that time, we already had products from HEIDEBRENNER,
which we used happily and satisfied over several years.
Why did you buy this product?
Since we use stool stoves for our purposes and a lot of that, we had to prioritise quality appliances.
It is important to us that these do not always cause problems, as we have to rely on them.

How do you use the stool cookers?
The area we use is actually quite simple and straightforward. We use it to make our sugar syrup, which we use for our baklavas.
But even if it's simple, we have to put a lot of value on it, because the sugar syrup is a big part of our product.

Do you have a product comparison to the HEIDEBRENNER stool cookers?
We started with HEIDEBRENNER since the beginning of our production and never felt the need to test anything else.
When we moved to our new production site, however, we looked for cheaper variants for financial reasons, which we found to be a big mistake.
The equipment did not have the same quality and efficiency as the HEIDEBRENNER equipment.
The investment in the high-quality products of HEIDEBRENNER has paid off very well, as we can now work smoothly and more comfortably.
